Kaabil Review: A story of vengeance for love is not uncommon in Bollywood. The Hrithik Roshan starrer ‘Kaabil’ is a story of vengeance for love too. So, is there anything that makes ‘Kaabil’ different from other common story plots? Yes, ‘Kaabil’ is a story of blind man, his love, his optimism, his struggles and (we hope) his eventual victory.
Cast: Hrithik Roshan, Yami Gautam, Ronit Roy, Rohit Roy.
Plot: Rohan Bhatnagar (Hrithik Roshan) is a blind man. Despite his disability, he is very pleasantly optimistic about almost everything in his life! He lives, loves and laughs. He falls in love with this very beautiful lady called Su (Yami Gautam), who is blind too and eventually becomes his reason for living. They have an amazing time together until tragedy hits Rohan’s love of life. The love of his life is in danger and this is where the story of revenge begins. Nothing can put out the fire in Rohan. Not even his blindness can thwart his efforts.
Early Verdict: A story written by Sanjay Masoom and directed by Sanjay Gupta, ‘Kaabil’ surely seems like a very well written plot. Hrithik and Yami’s pair is refreshing and very pleasant to the eyes. The sound track, the story, the actors, almost everything about the movie gets along pretty well. The movie is set to hit the theatres on January 26, 2017.
